Taking time to unwind

Happy new year guys!I know it’s a bit late but this is my first blog post of 2018.

So,it is now January and I find this one of the busiest months of the year.I don’t actually really know why,I think it’s just because I try to focus on my 2018 goals and ‘have a fresh start’.Everyone focuses on eating healthy,going to the gym and all the other resolutions that people have.Personally I think we all can agree that we put too much pressure on ourselves!Recently I’ve realised that we just need to take some time to unwind and relax.

So,now onto the things we can to do unwind...


Read a book

Reading a book always relaxes me.Whenever I want to take my mind off something,I just reach for a book and it really helps!

Have a pamper evening (treat your skin)

I don’t know if it’s just me but when I do my skincare,I feel all pampered and relaxed because I don’t really use skincare products every single day.


Watch a movie (have a chilled evening)

Well,I just could not include this one!When I have one of those ‘off’ days, one of the thing I will do is watch a movie.It instantly makes me feel so much better and more relaxed!

Have a hot chococlate

Recently,I have been obsessed with hot chocolates!I will have them before I go to bed,whilst watching a movie and just basically whenever!Ahh I love them.
